Biography
Saji Mariko, born and raised in Japan, is a metal casting artist who lives and works in Kanagawa.
I hold an MFA from the Tokyo University of the Arts (2016) .
I have participated in numerous group exhibitions in Japan and abroad, including the 2021 Izumiya Biennale (Sengoku Hakkokan, Kyoto), 2021 International Craft Award Toyama 2020 (Toyama Prefectural Museum of Art), 2019 Qiyuan Forest Doll Quarterly Exhibition (Beijing 798 Art District, China), 2017 Solo Exhibition Daegu Jewelry Town (Daegu, Korea), 2016 World Craft Triennial in Kanazawa (21st Century Museum of Contemporary Art, Kanazawa).
